Seeded test on synthetic data, not a customer result. We built a fictional 1,000-row catalog, planted 14 realistic migration mistakes in the Shopify file, sealed the answer key, and ran the review without it.

Shipping rates break or checkout fails.
Blocked = fails a hard rule the import can't safely pass (a duplicate or missing ID, a blank required value, rows attached to the wrong product); don't import until fixed. Review = a large or unusual change that needs a person's decision (prices, weights, swapped options, lost details).

Agree scope and sign
Platforms, row count, field rules, price and turnaround are agreed, and a short agreement is signed before any files are shared or payment is made.

Share files privately
You get a private Google Drive folder shared only with the people you name. Drop in the two files. No store login is requested.

Review findings
You receive the report and spreadsheets and can walk through them with us. Fix, then send the corrected version of the same file for the free re-check.

Safe means a row passed the agreed checks. It is not an instruction to import, and not approval on your client's behalf.
YOUR DATA
- Files go into a private Google Drive folder shared only with the people you name.
- We never log into your store or connect to your systems.
- AI tools (currently OpenAI and Anthropic) help with the review and see only the product rows the review needs (which can include prices and supplier fields). Training on your data is turned off. A person checks every result. Prefer no AI on your client's file? Ask, and we'll run it without: same price and deliverables; delivery takes 2 extra business days.
- For pilots and one-time reviews, we keep your files for 30 days after delivery, so we can fix any mistake of ours, then delete our copies within 5 business days, or sooner if you ask. Monthly clients: we keep only the current baseline and latest review; older months are deleted within 5 business days of the next review, and everything within 30 days after you cancel. AI providers' short-term copies (up to 30 days) follow their own terms.
- Please don't send customer personal data or payment details — we don't need them.

We compared two published editions of USDA's Processor Material Prices (school years 2026 and 2027, 199 rows each). All 398 source rows were accounted for (0 unaccounted). Some products appear in only one edition, so together the two cover 207 products: 170 Safe, 37 Review, 0 Blocked. This is a public-data demonstration, not a customer case study. It does not claim customer results.
