PRICING & SCOPE

Clear scope. Clear pricing.
No mystery math.

McKay prepares supplier-feed changes for a safe, reviewable release. Pricing is based on the number of data rows in the incoming supplier file, not on how many products you happen to see in your storefront.

CUSTOM SCOPE

More than 10,000 rows or an unusual feed?

We'll quote it before touching the data. The goal is a clear scope, not a surprise invoice.

WHAT COUNTS AS A ROW

A row is one record in the incoming supplier file.

One product with five variants

If the supplier file contains five separate SKU records, that is five rows. It does not matter whether your storefront displays them as one parent product.

Blank lines and headers

Headers and blank lines do not count. We count actual data records.

Duplicate records

Duplicates count because they still require inspection. Catching them is part of the control.

Changed rows

A changed row has a relevant difference, such as price, inventory, identifier, title, brand, pack, or product content.

Pricing is per supplier-feed and approved-catalog pair, per processing run. The recurring tier includes one scheduled monthly run using the established rules and feed structure. Need another run with the same rules? It is $175. Adding another supplier to the same scheduled run is $195.

EVERY RUN INCLUDES

An approval-ready release package.

Change package

Safe rows prepared for release, with the decisions visible.

Exceptions queue

Review and blocked items, with the reason each one needs attention.

Reconciliation note

A check that every input row is accounted for across the output and exceptions.

McKay does not import changes into your live system or make final decisions on review items. Your team retains approval and release control.
