Start with a one-time review tied to a catalog migration or a new supplier. Ongoing monthly runs are optional. Pricing is based on the number of data rows in the incoming file, not on how many products you happen to see in your storefront.
Founding-client offer (through Dec 31, 2026): The first 5 clients can try a $149 pilot, credited in full toward their first review. Anyone who pays for a pilot or a first review by Dec 31, 2026 keeps launch pricing for 12 months from that payment.

Every full review includes one free re-check of your corrected file within 30 days, returned within 3 business days. Further re-checks, or a second run in the same month for monthly clients, are $175. A new migration, supplier, catalog or file structure is a new review.

LAUNCH PRICING, LOCKED FOR 12 MONTHS
Start by Dec 31, 2026 and keep these prices for a year.
Pay for a pilot or a first review by Dec 31, 2026, and launch pricing applies for 12 months from that payment. Founding clients on monthly runs also get no minimum term and a 15-day cancellation notice during those 12 months.
WHAT COUNTS AS A ROW
A row is one record in the incoming file (the new import file for a migration, or the supplier file for onboarding).
One product with five variants
If the supplier file contains five separate SKU records, that is five rows. It does not matter whether your storefront displays them as one parent product.
Blank lines and headers
Headers and blank lines do not count. We count actual data records.
Duplicate records
Duplicates count because they still require inspection. Catching them is part of the review.
Each price covers one comparison per review: your old export against your new import file, or one supplier file against your approved catalog. Setup includes your first full review run, using rules set up for your catalog. The optional ongoing tier includes one scheduled monthly run using your agreed rules, kept up to date as your files change. More suppliers or unusual files: quoted before we start.

Do you need access to our store?
No. We work from exported files only, and your team decides what gets imported.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a short service agreement covering scope, data handling, refunds and late delivery. We send it before any files or payment.
How do we pay?
Through Stripe. ACH is preferred; cards work too, with no surcharge. Pilots and one-time reviews are paid before delivery.
Do you use AI?
AI tools (currently OpenAI and Anthropic) help with the review, with training on your data turned off, and a person checks every result. Prefer no AI? Same price; delivery takes 2 extra business days.
Can we share the results under our own brand?
Yes. Agencies can rebrand the report and files for their client. We don't contact your client unless you ask.
What counts as a changed row?
Any row where a checked field differs between the two files, plus added and missing rows. Several changes in one row count once. Planned conversions (like kg to grams) and renamed columns don't count.
What if there are more than 250 changed rows?
We stop and tell you the count. You choose: a full review with the $149 credited, or results for the first 250 changed rows. The rest are marked NOT REVIEWED, so the report never approves the whole catalog.
What if the new file has more than 1,000 rows?
That isn't a pilot. We tell you before you pay and quote a full review at launch pricing.
What does the free re-check cover?
Your corrected version of the same file (within 14 days for a pilot, 30 for a full review). You can fix anything we flagged and restore missing rows. If your pilot hit the 250-changed-row cap, it covers the rows we reviewed plus your corrections to them. A new file, supplier or catalog is a new review.
What if you get something wrong?
If we misclassify a change under the agreed rules and you tell us within 30 days after delivery, we correct it and redeliver at no charge.
